    1.)Character Name: Jihadist
    2.)Character Class: Demon Hunter
3.)Which role are you primarily applying for?: Melee DPS
    4.)Armory Profile Link: https://worldofwarcraft.com/en-us/character/us/malganis/Jihadist

6.)Please provide us with a link to your WarcraftLogs:

7.)Why do you want to join TFB? Why are you searching for a guild, and what expectations do you have?:

I have recently returned from a year long Wow hiatus, during my time spent in the exodus of Real Life I've come to miss playing wow at a competitive level.
I returned around a week ago and, in this short span of time, I've enjoyed gearing up and doing casual mythic+ due to my gear restrictions (16s, 17s). I plan to continue doing keys but during this time I've also felt that I've been missing something. I came to realize today that what I miss is pushing hard mythic raiding content.
Since my old guild broke apart due to an e-girl epidemic, I recalled that my acquaintance of 3 years, Winters, was raiding in a mythic raiding guild, on alliance nonetheless. I messaged Winters about the current situation of the guild and to my surprise and out of a complete coincidence, he mentioned to me that the guild required a demon hunter.
I know that the current situation of your progress is sitting at farm status but I would like to join and potentially raid with The Family Business in Shadowlands. I expect that I will enjoy raiding with you guys and will be able to bring a good presence to the guild.

8.)Are you easily offended by racist, sexist, or other such humor?

9.)Do you have any friends within TFB? Any enemies?

Winters is a good friend. Recon used to be a dreaded enemy but I've recently mended my relationship with him.

10.)Do you have any alts worth mentioning?

A unholy dk I ocasionally play, but like I said, I only recently returned to WoW.

11.)How do you ensure you handle mechanics with the highest success?

During beta testing I usually look at every fight on youtube and twitch so I can prepare myself for mechanics. When on a progress phase, I will look at what the top 10 guilds are doing (specifically the players that are playing my class). I don't make my own weakauras but I am always looking out for as many weakauras as possible that will make a boss fight not only more accessable but also weakauras that are outright necessary.
I also tend to focus on what I'm doing and if I make a mistake I will not only be the first one to acknowledge it but I will mend on said mistake and I won't reapeat it on the next pull.

12.)Why do you play this game? What keeps you motivated to keep coming back for more?

To be honest this is the only question I can't really answer. I've spent more hours in this game than any human being should. I've been playing it since I was 7 years old and even though sometimes I take breaks I always find myself coming back to it. I may be addicted to it. There are times when I love playing it and times when I simply play it because I feel the necessity to do so. Right now I'm really enjoying it and I always have fun during the last months of an expansion and the starting months of the one to follow.

I also like to simp for cute OwO fe(male) players, gives me a semi chub knowing that some e-girl is gonna spend my gold on a black market cosmetic piece.

13.)How do you keep up to date on your class?

Through the demon hunter discord, looking at raider IO and warcraft logs to see what the top players are doing and actually playing my class in most aspects of the game.

14.)An LGBTQ penguin walks through the door right now wearing a sombrero and demands you use their preferred gender pronouns. What do they say and what do you say back?

As I am standing by the bar, casually drinking my vintage aged soylent, a penguin with dyed pink hair walks from the front door and sits next to me. He loudly says to me and the bartender: "I am a trans ftm penguin, I wanted to tell everyone here so no one will stare at me, It's criminal when everyone takes long gazes at me, YOU'RE RAPING ME WITH YOUR EYES!! My prefered pronouns are Ey or Ze, use them or I will LITERALLY call the cops on you bigoted people!".

I am dumbfounded for I too am a member of the LGBTQ squad. I look to her and say "Nice to meet you, I identify as a virgin catholic underage fertile tomboy mommy flat-chested fit gymcel 4'11 tummy unwashed short-haired tsundere no-makeup black-belt political extremist domestic terrorist gamer gf".

I'm awful at making jokes, anyway, the penguin kills itself. Trans suicide rate is at 1 of every 3.

15.)What previous raiding experience do you have?

Started playing in late vanilla although I didn't have a clue of what I was doing, My first real raid was SSC in TBC.
In wrath I realized I was actually not bad at the game and with my guild Ad Aeternum on EU-Xavius, we got a realm first TOGC, one of my fondest memories in WoW. When Cataclysm came out I didn't like the expansions first patch so I decided to play on a Wrath private server with some friends I knew in real life. In 2013, in that same server I became an officer of a small guild. In the next year, that guild, Inquisition was the biggest guild on the server and, until the shutdown of the server in 2016, I played until there was no one left to play with.
At the end of 2016 A fresh private server named Northcraft was realeased and there I met some people who invited me to play retail wow.
I joined the US servers for the first time and although that guild failed I later met some people who were quite good at mythic content and I became interested in it. With <Yup> on Mal'Ganis I cleared mythic G'huun at a somewhat mediocre ranking. With <Padmore State>, the reformed <Yup>, I killed mythic Jaina at 128 US. I quit wow after that for personal reasons and a gripe with guild management.

16.)What can we expect from you in our raids?

I think I share your humor and I'm also a accomplished raider and good player.
You can expect full devotion adn 100% attendance from me in raids for I recently left my job to pursue a NEET carreer. I also graduated University recently so I have a lot of free time to play.

17.)Despite our 3 day a week raid schedule and having an application that tests your humor, we can be very serious about DPS/HPS, reflexes, and raid attendance. Can you handle this kind of environment?

I believe I will be able to persevere and become one of your core members. After all, I attended all 450 Mythic Jaina attempts and I was still sane by the end of it.

18.)If there's anything else you want to add; either a self bio, information about friends who may join, or if you simply want us to know something not asked, this is the time to let us know.

You asked me to link my Armory page and I did so, I currently have no mythic NyA gear so I'm worried I might be rejected for that reason. I want to assure you that I can guarantee great parses and devotion, I believe I can compete with your roster even at my current gear state.

19.)TFB has no guarantee that server transfers will be automatically accepted into the guild. Failure to perform at our level or failure to attend raids reliably during your recruitment period can and will result in denial. Do you accept this risk?

20.)How did you hear about us?
